I encourage you to seek help from a mental health professional, such as a therapist who can provide you with the tools and resources you need to manage your symptoms.

    It takes a lot of courage to recognize and admit that you are struggling with your mental health. It is important to remember that mental illness is just like any other illness and seeking help for it is nothing to be ashamed of.
