I need help or I will kill myself. I don’t know why but every single day I’m always sad, unhappy, socially awkward, anti social since I was very little. Now that I started going to college it got worse because people will try to talk to you and I always find it hard to give a response. I know I’m a fool, an idiot. My throat is always sour. I cried every single day and nothing is changing. My future is what I’m most scared about.

I am sorry to hear that you are going through such a difficult time. Please know that you are not a fool or an idiot. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help, and I am glad that you have done so here. It’s important to take care of your mental health, just as you would take care of your physical health.
You might be dealing with an inferiority complex; I would advise you seek the aid of a therapist to help you navigate your emotions and find the source of the problem. Talk to a close friend, family member. Sometimes sharing your feelings can help you feel better and more supported.
You might also try practicing self-care, socialize more and also engage in activities that you enjoy. These things can help improve your overall mood and well-being.
Be patient and kind to yourself as you work through this. You deserve to feel better and please abolish the thought of suicide from your mind, there’s hope for a much better life ahead.
