I’m a 17-year-old medical student. Let’s call me DEE.

I get scared when someone close to me gets upsets with me. I feel like they are going to abandon me.

Someone recently told me that we should stop being friends, I freaked out and for a few seconds, I felt like I was suffocating.

I get attached to people easily and I’m constantly checking that they like me or what I do. I want them to approve of me.

When things don’t work out, I panic. I feel the walls closing in on me. I recently started practicing yoga and it has helped me but it didn’t fix me.

I feel weak. I feel frustrated because I know I can do better.

Hello Friend its really a good thing to easily get attached to friends and always checking up on them for real but when it gets too much then you have to check it as the saying goes too much of everything is bad.
Trust me people always take advantage of such relationship.

Hey man a friend that will abandon you will don that even if you give the world to that person vice Verser so as you live your life try and be more friendly to yourself and to the one who truely love you.

It is good to have friends and also want people to like you, but you cannot control the people that will like you and those that would not. It just as it is, some people will like you and some would not. How do you find it when you are just by yourself, do you enjoy your own company, I am not saying you should discard friendships but learn from being by yourself and in the midst of your friends to be happy
