So I am a college student currently struggling with Pornography Material. I really want to stop because it’s very wrong. But it has been way too hard. I tend to find my self rebelling and trying to give an excuse or the other for why I should keep on .And I honestly don’t know what to do again. Been a Christian i just feel disgust with my self.

Hello what I always advice about addiction is firstly you have to hate it concously hate it,stay away from any material that has it or brings you close to it and then find things to keep your mind and soul busy.

I was also addicted few months ago all I did was to read my Bible more and be closer to God. Anytime I fell the urge to look at porn I read psalm 91 and the urge dissapears
