I feel like I am losing it… The man we’ve both planned out our future with already gave up on me. I feel like he’s put up with me all along cos of my anger issues… We’ve had series of issues for the past few weeks now that has made everything go down the drain. No more happy moments. Only insults and arguments and he still feels we can still make a way forward when it’s obvious there’s no way forward… I can no longer control my anger anymore… Everytime I go thru pain, my anger becomes too much for me to handle … That’s what he did. He made me feel like a fool for being supportive. He ignored my advice and support as his girl. I made him do the break up even though I wasn’t in support but I’d not continue harming him… I threaten him with his files at will… I can’t make peace with myself. I feel so terrible. I couldn’t keep hurting him with my anger and saying sorry all the time. It no longer works. I wanted him to be free and have a good life not worrying about an angry girlfriend of his who can’t control herself. It makes no sense to still work out a relationship where I threaten my partner at will or where I insult him so much… Although, he caused everything… He allowed himself get disrespected. I warned him not to make me do what I’ve never done to him. He wouldn’t listen. He thought more of himself when anger flushed thru my system… He’s adamant and I just couldn’t withstand it. I can’t tell when or how my next uproar of anger will be… What’ll happen then? So, even if I still do love him so much, I can’t have him put up with pain again… It hurts me so bad he’s no longer mine. I’m scared I may not make the next moment. I hope I made a right decision by giving him his freedom. I really need someone to talk to right now or better still a therapist or counsellor

I feel your pain dear. A relationship you have built for a while and at a time you imagined it will lead to forever, now it seems it has all gone down the drain. I have been in your situation before dear, and what I did was to write down a list of the positives and negatives of the relationship. And when I saw the positive outnumbered the negatives I tried to fight back for the relationship, although we didn’t still work out because he was ready to move on, but it was a good learning experience for me.
However as you have said speaking to a therapist is a good idea, you can find them from the link on the menu.
Let us know how better you feel after speaking with one.

Controlling your anger is very vital at this point because if you have another relationship it might still have problems and you won’t be able to control your anger.please try and work on your anger

Thank you so much… I think I already clicked on the link of speaking to a therapist. I am still waiting to be connected to one. So should I just get better with myself and move on? Or fight for the love?
