I have been married for 9years and 11 months. My husband wasn’t employed when I got married while I was employed. A year after marriage I lost my job and moved out of Lagos with my husband and first child to the village where we hardly get 2 square meals. It was so tough that I had to look for work in the city and I moved back to the city while my husband relocated back to the united State while I am in Nigeria which was 5 years into our marriage. I started working and later changed job after 6 months to sales which involves direct contact with customers. We even had to work weekends sometimes which my husband claimed was a lie that I was having an affair. I told my line manager who then stopped my weekend tasks. This happened four years ago. I stopped work about 3 years ago and I hardly go out to functions either friend or family. I hardly interact because of the kind of husband I have. I lived and make sure what I do was something he will approve. I try as much as possible not to interact with men all to be on safe side. After 4 years of him not coming home he decided to come home 2019 and later 2020. To my utmost surprise my husband is now accusing me of infidelity. He claimed when he made love to me he had easy access which isn’t always the case and he didn’t know what I did this year that didn’t gain him the same easy access like last year. I feel really hurt because I have lived my life around him. I have only done things that will make him happy. I am so devastated right now that I dont know the right steps to take.

From your story he hasn’t been around for sometime and he only got back this year. The vagina is elastic and it shrink after a long time of inactivity. I wish all men had this understanding.

Well, I think you two need to talk to a counsellor. Let love rule.
