Hello hurting yourself makes you lose more than what you have lost first love dies not mean last love and when ever you realise that you have been abused in a relationship the best thing to do is to take a break and think through if you can actually survive without the relationship or how long would you continue in such relationship.

I don’t understand why people remain in toxic relationships, especially physically abusive ones.
You need to FLEE from that guy. It will hurt at the point of break up, but you will have your peace, respect and dignity at the end. Also work on your self esteem. It will enable you not to entertain any bad energy from anyone.
