Hello the best way to forget someone is to have a replacement and be really disciplined to yourself never to check up on the person you want to forget.

I have similar issue. I was after this lady for roughly 3years before she later replied me with a NO. Says she has someone else that she likes. Have been trying to move on since then for the last 6 month by not talking to her,no calls or texts… but I still finds it difficult get over her. Honestly, I’m frustrated & depressed at the same time 😑😑

I tried ignoring her and not checking on her for months, but the moment I came in contact with her, it was as if nothing changed, and I was still drowning in her eyes.

I feel this way too my boyfriend of 4 years broke up with be saying his no longer in love with me its been almost 2 years and I’m still depressed about the whole thing so I guess it is what it is
